The Lounge

My Lounge at T3 is the newest and most recently opened of the three No1 Lounges group spaces now serving Heathrow Terminal 3. It occupies the former Club Aspire space at Lounge D — a location that has been entirely stripped and rebuilt under the My Lounge brand, which launched at this site in July 2025. The Club Aspire name and product no longer exist here.

My Lounge is No1’s entry-level tier — below No1 Lounge and Clubrooms in the same portfolio that now covers T3 across three distinct products. The format is casual and accessible: complimentary food and drink, no service formality, open to any passenger on Priority Pass or cash. The lounge opened too recently for a substantial body of independent reviews at the time of writing, and the information here draws primarily on operator communications and the established My Lounge brand standard at other UK airports.

The Lounge D location places it further into the terminal than the No1 and Clubrooms complex at Lounge F — worth noting if your gate is in the A–C range, where Lounge F may be closer to the gate. For passengers departing from gates in the D–J zone, My Lounge’s position is a practical advantage. At ~£36 cash walk-in, it is the cheapest entry price of the three T3 independent lounges.

ⓘ RECENTLY OPENED

My Lounge T3 opened July 2025 and has limited independent review coverage at the time of writing. Check no1lounges.com and recent visitor reports before travel for current hours, food quality, and confirmation on shower availability.

Choosing Between the Three Independent Lounges at T3

T3 now has three No1-operated lounges covering different price points: My Lounge (free on PP, ~£36 cash, casual, Lounge D), No1 Lounge (free on PP, ~£38 cash, self-serve, Lounge F first floor), and Clubrooms (PP with £15 supplement, ~£48 cash, à la carte table service, adults only, Lounge F first floor). For Priority Pass holders, My Lounge and No1 are both free — the choice between them is mainly location. Clubrooms is the upgrade for those wanting a longer, more considered visit.

Getting In

Priority Pass, LoungeKey and DragonPass are accepted without any supplement — the most straightforward access route of the three T3 independent lounges. Cash walk-in from around £36. Pre-booking via no1lounges.com is recommended at peak times given increased Priority Pass demand across the terminal since mid-2025.

❖ PTP LOUNGE RATING

Too new for a definitive verdict. The My Lounge brand at other UK sites — Gatwick in particular — delivers a reliable, no-frills Priority Pass experience that does what it promises without pretension. The T3 location fills a genuine gap at the Lounge D end of the terminal and at the cheapest entry price of the three independent lounges here. For a short stop or a casual pre-flight visit on Priority Pass, it will serve its purpose. For a longer stay or a proper meal, No1 or Clubrooms are better placed. My Lounge – Gatwick South

A quieter, more accessible Priority Pass alternative to No1 at Gatwick South. The outdoor terrace is a genuine differentiator and the lounge is typically easier to walk into than its neighbour. Solid rather than spectacular.

No 1 Lounge – Gatwick South

The main Priority Pass option at Gatwick South. Bright, well-lit, solid bar — but pre-book (£6) or risk being turned away. Gets very busy.
